3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the bc77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. bc77 enforces this requirement without exception. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. 4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bc77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to saf eguard your credentials.
4.4 You must notify bc77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bc77 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
4.5 bc77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects that the Account holder has provided false information, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
5.1 All bc77 deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not apply a currency conversion fee. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR Wallet, subject to any minimum deposit threshold in effect at the time of the transaction.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL digital transfer, and Meezan Bank. bc77 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Current deposit limits for each payment channel are displayed within the Account deposit section.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bc77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered Player may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 bc77 does not charge a deposit processing fee, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. bc77 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by your payment provider.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in the Player's PKR Wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. bc77 does not pay interest on Account balances.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits and registered in the Player's own name. bc77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's Account must have completed KYC verification to bc77's satisfaction. bc77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all requested verification documents have been received and approved.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the chosen payment channel. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing schedules.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds — including winnings converted from Bonus Funds after applicable Wagering Requirements have been met — are eligible for withdrawal.
6.5 bc77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding thresholds defined in the Player's Account settings. This is a standard compliance measure and does not indicate any presumption of wrongdoing.
6.6 Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where bc77 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the associated wagering activity does not constitute genuine gameplay — including but not limited to low-margin arbitrage betting, bonus exploitation, or collusive wagering patterns.
7.1 bc77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 bc77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is in the process of meeting its Wagering Requirements, bc77 will use reasonable endeavours to honour the promotion for that Player's current bonus balance.
8.1 All sports bets placed on the bc77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the Sportsbook section of the Platform and are updated periodically to reflect changes in sporting regulations.
8.2 bc77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) the odds were published in error due to a manifest pricing mistake; (c) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body; or (d) bc77 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing or corrupt activity.
8.3 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time odds and availability. bc77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets during any given event and accepts no liability for interruptions in live betting service.
8.4 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all bc77 betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. bc77 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account where it determines that the Player's betting patterns present an undue commercial risk.
8.5 All cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan home series, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. Third-party data feeds are used for settlement purposes and their determinations are final.

14.2 bc77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bc77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3 bc77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 bc77 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) interruptions to internet connectivity beyond bc77's reasonable control; (b) actions of third-party payment processors; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions; or (d) the Player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.
15.1 Closure by Player. You may close your bc77 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 18. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (after deduction of any outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
15.2 Closure by bc77. bc77 may suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — including breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, bc77 reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation for the breach.
15.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all pending bonus offers are forfeited, all unsettled bets are resolved in accordance with applicable betting rules, and your right to access the bc77 Platform ceases immediately.

16.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — bc77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification before the amendments take effect.
16.3 Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or the addition of new game categories) may take effect without advance notice.
